Transfer Pricing is the process of setting prices on transactions between related parties and members of Multinational Groups for tax purposes. Transfer Pricing is the most relevant and challenging topic in International Taxation. Cyprus introduced full transfer pricing documentation requirements, as from 1/1/2022.

Our firm seeks to recruit a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team, as a Transfer Pricing Advisor, to our Nicosia Office.

Job Description/Duties

• Identification of commercial and financial relations between related parties, including review of contractual terms and carrying functional and risks analysis.
• Carry out economic and benchmarking analysis, in order to determine the arm’s length nature of financial and trading transactions.
• Valuation and licencing of Intangible Assets
• Preparation of reports and presentations based on the findings and work carried out.

Requirements/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree, in economics, accounting, finance and business administration or related subjects.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
• Excellent computer literacy. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability and willingness to learn and keep up to date technically
• Attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy.
• Previous experience in similar positions will be considered an advantage.
