Summary
Managing relationships with new & existing clients, ensuring their furniture & interior design needs are met to maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Works closely with the Operations Manager and serves as an internal resource to thoughtfully and timely:

• Greet visitors & assist them in the showroom
• Communicate with clients and manage all stages of the sales process
• Show furniture materials and finishes to clients
• Handle incoming calls & emails

Responds to ad-hoc requests, performs research & drafts communication to support the management team in the daily operations of the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in Greek & English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• A customer oriented attitude
• Ability to work well with a team
