Responsibilities:

Close cooperation with the Senior Technician
Diagnose simple or complex problems accurately and within a timely fashion
Provide customers with frequent updates on the repair status
Detailed repair work and after service quality control
Provide exceptional customer service through an efficient and high quality repair service

Required skills:

Customer service oriented and ability to handle issues effectively
Strong work ethic within a team and ability to work well with minimum supervision
Keeping up to date with latest technologies and repair technics
