Responsibilities:
In co-operation with the Chef and Sous Chef, to prepare and present buffet and à la carte dishes.
Maintain the high standards of quality and hygiene required by the Health and Safety Authorities, HACCP and Hotel Management standards.
Requirements:
At least 2 years previous experience in the position of Cook A or B.
Knowledge of preparing and presenting buffet dishes and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of English.
Excellent knowledge of Food Hygiene, Health & Safety and HACCP systems and procedures.
