Responsibilities:

  • In co-operation with the Chef and Sous Chef, to prepare and present buffet and à la carte dishes.

  • Maintain the high standards of quality and hygiene required by the Health and Safety Authorities, HACCP and Hotel Management standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years previous experience in the position of Cook A or B.

  • Knowledge of preparing and presenting buffet dishes and organizational skills.

  • Good knowledge of English.

  • Excellent knowledge of Food Hygiene, Health & Safety and HACCP systems and procedures.
