La Mer Estates is currently seeking for an IT & Marketing Officer to be responsible for the Company’s platforms, web pages, social media and software development in conjunction with the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns. Must be an excellent communicator and add value to the business by planning, creating and implementing marketing strategies.

Daily tasks, responsibilities and duties:

Note: Specific tasks may include but are not limited to:

• To be responsible for the Company’s general marketing and advertising in all aspects.
• To prepare for each year and quarter; a general marketing report / campaign / budget for the Director and to keep it regularly updated providing progress reports. To ensure the budget is used for the best purposes and to monitor and review all marketing channels.
• To follow the marketing plan and key objectives as agreed; to ensure everything is implemented correctly; and monitor the impact and results.
• To ensure the Company is represented in the best manner always
• Major focus to the Company’s web page, social media and software development
• Lead and coordinate the execution of marketing programs from start to finish,
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Work with other company employees to set the overall direction and objectives for product and service offerings
• To be of general assistance with the office staff and customers of the Company with any online issues; system issues; or general IT issues.
• Ensure Hardware and Software availability to support business
• Handle general administrative tasks related to Information Technology
• Any other duties as specified by the immediate supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Information Technology or any equivalent degree
• Relevant experience will be considered as a major advantage
• In-depth knowledge of hardware and software and up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends
• Installation, Configuration and updates of Windows Server OS, Veeam Backup software, VMware vSphere, ESET Anti-Virus, etc.
• Administration of Windows 10 client OS, MS Office 365
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and computer hardware configuration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages will be considered as a significant asset.
