CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established international wholesaler and distributer of electronic equipment, with a presence in Cyprus and Greece, we are seeking to recruit a Β2Β Sales Representative to join their growing team based in Limassol. Our client holds a leading market position as an electronics distributor, with a product portfolio that includes CCTV systems importing, wholesaling, and branding for security professionals. They are seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration, Marketing or any Commerce related field, who possess excellent sales skills and the ability to adapt quickly and address partner challenges. Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or another commercial role within the field of electronics and technology is highly desirable, as well as excellent negotiation, presentation and organisational skills. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Visit potential customers for new business.
- Implementing the sales plan in accordance with pre-defined targets.
- Developing and presenting customized proposals for each client’s specific business needs.
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client engagement.
- Identifying and researching opportunities that arise in new and existing markets.
Key Skills/Experience:
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any Commerce related field is desirable.
- Proven experience in Sales and/or Business Development, ideally within a B2B environment in the electronics/technology field.
- Excellent sales skills and ability to adapt quickly and address partner challenges.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, organizational & planning skills.
- Strong cross functional communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building rapport with professionals of all organizational levels.
