Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and smoking areas.
• Clean and Fill in all coffee machines with necessary ingredients
• Keep refrigerators and microwaves in excellent hygienic condition
• Make sure all kitchen accessories are clean and available
• Receiving and storing kitchen supplies
• Monitor inventory levels and place an order when stock is low
• Keep the storage clean and tidy
• Prepare and serve beverages to clients
• Keep all conference rooms tidy - collect cups, bottles, plates, clean the table
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to office manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar position, preferably in a corporate or commercial environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in performing her duties.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Good time management skills
