bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction and other related services. bbf: due to expansion of operations is currently looking for a Cost Controller for our office in Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Project Costs & Budgeting control
• Analyzing variances on forecasted profits and expenses
• Allocating costs to categories
• Gather data, validate and incorporate it into the project cost report
• Provide records to any change in scope/contract of work to be performed
• Prepare Cash out Flow and other Financial Projections
• Document construction progress, identify, track and assist in resolution of construction issues/conflicts
• Coordinate with Project Managers for cost report/control and ensure required information is properly coded and posted for Project Controls.
• Working with the accounting department to ensure alignment/balance with financial statements and other financial/schedule reports.
• Verifying contractors, subcontractors and suppliers invoices
• Process and Control the Payment Schedule – Payment Approval Process
• Communicating with stakeholders

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering QS or similar field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cost control, accounting, etc
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly in Excel
• Knowledge of SAP Business One will consider as advantage
• Strong time Management, written and Verbal communication skills
• Ability to plan and manage multiple site priorities
