Sales Receptionist - Paphos Showroom

1. Ensures that each call is dealt with professionalism and all messages are passed on to the relevant person.
2. Prepares sales report for the Sales Team.
3. Provides assistance and support to the sales team when needed.
4. Provides assistance to customers and ensures excellent customer service.
5. Carries out any administration required by the sales manager i.e. sending faxes, correspondence.
6. Responsible for conducting any external tasks related with sales including car registrations.
7. Responsible to keep showroom display area, showroom cars and demo cars in top condition.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

The ideal candidate should have:

1. Undergraduate degree in Office Administration, Business, Communications, or related field will be considered as an advantage.
2. Experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage.
3. Excellent computer literacy (MS Office).
4. Excellent command of the Greek and English languages (verbal and written).

Person specification:

The Sales Receptionist should:

1. Have an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude and extroversion, and excellent communicator.
2. Be able to respond well under pressure.
3. Be organized and methodical and able to take initiatives.
