Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support sustainable, safe, and functional facility management for residential areas
• Ensure proper maintenance of residential sites to uphold the bbf: brand and leading position in the local market
• Assist bbf: residents with centralized management of buildings, systems, structures, and support services in residential areas
• Provide management and administrative support to residents in bbf: residential areas
• Provide management and administrative support to other bbf: departments for joint activities
• Responsible for technical operations, maintenance, audits, inspections, and asset value preservation in residential buildings

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in relevant engineering field preferred
• Minimum 3 years in facility management experience
• Fluency in Russian, Greek, and English
• Proven leadership and management skill
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Experience in sustainable facility management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and abilities
• Strong reporting skills
• Efficient crisis management abilities
• Business-minded and cost-conscious
