CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Software Development company with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Graphic Designer to join their growing team. The successful applicant should be educated to degree level in Graphic Design or a related field, and will ideally possess approximately 2 years of previous experience a Graphic Designer, although talented Recent Graduates with a keen eye for design are also encouraged to apply. Our client is looking for candidates who have passion for design, a strong portfolio of previous work, and a desire to work on diverse and challenging projects. You should be familiar with a variety of design tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign, with a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout. Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with clients and team members to conceptualize and develop design solutions that meet project objectives.
• Create compelling and visually appealing designs for a wide range of projects, including digital graphics, branding, and more.
• Utilize typography and layout principles to create designs that effectively convey messages and engage audiences.
• Communicate effectively with clients, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback to deliver exceptional results.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Design and create compelling visual assets, including marketing, social media graphics, website elements and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the brand.
• Design with various design tools such as Adobe creative suites.
• Produce high-quality graphics with attention to detail, colour, and brand guidelines.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your diverse design work and creativity.
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer is ideal, although Recent Graduates are also encouraged to apply.  
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and take creative initiative.
