As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our team, focusing on the vital services we provide. Your enthusiastic approach and positive attitude will shine as you engage in both outbound and inbound calls with our valued customers and online applicants.

Training:

As part of our dynamic Customer Services team, you will receive comprehensive training in various areas, including:

• Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Calls
• Direct Debit & Email Billing
• Email Support
• Order Management
• Redelivery Coordination

While prior experience in a similar role is desirable, it is not an absolute requirement. We are open to individuals who display the potential and enthusiasm to thrive in this position.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Hourly Pay: €6.15 or €14,000 PA + Commission
• Uncapped bonus structure.
• Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with optional overtime
• Rotating 2-week schedule example:
  • Week 1: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
  • Week 2: Monday-Wednesday & Saturday-Sunday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
  • 5 days per week
• Immediate start dates available, with full training provided.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role, Face to face or over the phone customer service.
• Work Location: Close to Paphos Mall
• Expected Start Date: ASAP
• English Speaking
