Job Description

Positioned under the CTO, we are looking for a dynamic and devoted CTO Deputy where he will shape and execute our technology strategies. Your role involves driving improvements, supervising internal IT Teams, and serving as the technical liaison for both our B2B partners and internal stakeholders. Bring your project management skills, lead sprint meetings, and ignite strategic solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Assists CTO in managing and implementing technology strategies of the company.
• Suggests necessary improvements and adjustments to new technologies.
• Supervising internal IT teams and ensuring functionality and security of systems and infrastructure.
• Follow up with developers about tasks development.
• Discuss with internal customers their requests.
• Project Management.
• Technical contact person with B2B partners.
• Technical contact person with internal customers.
• Lead sprint-meetings.

What we are looking for:

• Working development experience for at least 8 years.
• Knowledge of technological trends and best practices.
• Understanding the main steps of development cycle.
• Knowledge of infrastructure components.
• Experience with CDN and registrar platforms.
• Project management skills.
• System design and architecture skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle issues under pressure.
• A quick learner who is passionate about experience and takes initiative to self-teach when needed.
• Good communication in both written and spoken English.
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have:

• Working experience in web development and PHP.
• Experience in cloud computing
• Knowledge of O365 Admin platform.
• Experience with CDN and registrar platforms.
• Strong system-architecture capabilities
• Knowledge of Git, Jira, Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes.
• Experience with affiliate systems.
