Deloitte Actuarial Services Limited is rapidly expanding, locally and in the region, and we are looking to recruit dynamic, committed and reliable Actuarial professionals to join us at the level of Actuarial Analyst, based at our Nicosia Office.
The Role

Across a wide range of industries, Deloitte’s clients depend on the Actuarial teams to help them understand their customers better, reduce operating costs and drive performance.
The services offered by Deloitte Actuarial Services Limited include statutory actuarial work, advisory services, analytics and audit support to life and non-life insurers in Europe and the Middle East.
The successful candidates’ key responsibilities will include, among others:
- Support life and/or non-life insurance valuation exercises
- Support life and/or non-life pricing projects
- Data analytics and artificial intelligence
- Support with product development including but not limited to actuarial modelling solutions
- Work across various disciplines and on clients’ premises abroad as requested from time to time

Requirements
We are looking for hardworking, self-motivated professionals who work well in a team, are able to resolve problems quickly and efficiently, can perform well under pressure and have strong business acumen.
- Undergraduate degree in Actuarial studies or Mathematics, from a reputable University
- Studying or willingness to study towards the obtainment of the IFoA qualification
- Any previous work experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage
- Experience on life and health insurance related projects will be considered an advantage
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, R, Python
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
