As we continue to grow our consulting practice, we are seeking to add a Transaction Advisory Manager with a focus on Business Valuations to join our Nicosia office. The successful candidate will work with a high-performing, integrated team which focuses on corporate finance, providing advice in challenging and interesting projects. Business plan preparation and financial modeling
Financial restructuring
Duties and Responsibilities
Work as a team member or engagement manager in projects for valuation, financial modeling and preparation of business plans
Gather, verify and assess information and formulate views
Understand, analyse and present a client’s existing or proposed business model, identify key strengths and weaknesses and document key findings
Plan, prepare and review deliverables in various forms including written reports, presentations and discussions with the client
Assist with proposal preparations for prospective clients
Provide coaching and support to more junior team members.
Requirements
Experience in business valuations and financial modeling is a must
University degree, preferably in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics
Qualified or in the process of becoming qualified CFA or equivalent
Results orientation and ability to work in a dynamic and team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, mature, and professional attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literacy, with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
