CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Payment Solutions Provider with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Support Representative to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Customer Support Representative you will primarily be responsible for providing high-quality service to clients via telephone, email and social media platforms. We are seeking applicants who are ideally educated in the fields of either Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines, who possess proven professional experience in Customer Service or Support roles, ideally gained working in the Financial Services sector. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality service customers via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on products and services.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate internal teams for resolution while ensuring timely follow-up and updates to customers.
- Offer comprehensive explanations of products, features, and functionalities to empower customers to maximize the value of services.
- Assist customers with transaction-related inquiries, including processing payments, refunds, and transfers, while adhering to established protocols and security standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system, providing detailed reports to management to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing financial transactions and customer interactions, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
- Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and best practices in customer support.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
- Proven experience in Customer Service or Support roles, ideally gained working in the Financial Services sector is essential.
- Strong customer support and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think analytically and creatively to resolve customer issues.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining customer trust and confidentiality.
