MTS GLOBE CYPRUS LTD is seeking to recruit dynamic and motivated individuals in Paphos Airport.

The role - Principal Responsibilities

• Meet and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner

• Update the inhouse system with final flight information and client arrival times

• Prepare information packs for passengers

• Arrange alternative transfer vehicles for our clients with our local providers where needed

• Co-ordinate changes and related matters with partners

• Handle any client complaints in a timely and effective manner ensuring an amicable solution

• Offer support to your colleagues and resort representatives

• Perform other related duties as required

• Ability to work in shifts

• Ability to arrange a rota for staff ensuring all duties covered

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to specific guidelines

• Good organization, time management and problem-solving skills

• Professional telephone manner

• Trustworthy, honest, and committed and able to work under pressure

• Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team

Experience in a similar role within the travel & tourism industry shall be considered as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High school diploma is required, any further education particularly in tourism would be considered an advantage

• Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written) Other languages are considered an advantage, especially German and/or Polish

Remuneration:

A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicant based on his/her qualifications and experience.
