CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding company that specializes in providing top-notch solutions to a diverse range of e-commerce clients, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their growing team based in Nicosia. Reporting to Senior Management, the successful applicant will play a key role in the smooth running of business operations, handling a variety of administrative tasks. Our client is seeking applicants who possess excellent organisational and administration skills, with outstanding attention to detail. You will ideally hold an academic background relating to Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or another relevant field, and possess previous experience within a similar administrative role. Excellent communication skills both Greek & English are essential. An attractive salary based on skills and experience is on offer, as well as an excellent work/life balance, with working hours up until 4:00pm on a daily basis. 

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Monitor incoming emails and take appropriate action in response to them.
  • Answer and transfer all incoming calls.
  • Provide general administrative support to different departments, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Handling the petty cash.
  • Communication with Companies stakeholders.
  • Any other administrative duties as assigned by Management.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial studies or other related field.
  • Previous experience within a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail is a must for this role.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
