Join the Local Delivery Centre in our Limassol office as a Supervising Senior to experience key aspects of our exciting profession and develop a valuable mix of business and communication skills! Our Local Delivery Centre supports our client-facing teams with the execution and delivery of our audit engagements.

The Role

The successful candidate will be involved, amongst others, in:

• providing support to engagement teams in the delivery of client service and completion of audit engagements through the Local Delivery Centre
• conducting audits based on IFRS and ISA and provide advice according to international best practices
• engaging in constant communication with the engagement teams on a day-to-day basis
• supervising, physically and remotely, a team of 5-7 professionals, to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the firm
• mentoring and coaching the team by creating an environment that promotes communication and collaboration

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree of any faculty
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in a reputable Professional Services Firm
• Qualified or studying towards the obtainment of the ACA/ACCA qualification
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Excel)
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
