As we continue to grow our consulting practice, we are seeking to add a Transaction Advisory Associate to join our Nicosia office, work with a high-performing, integrated team which focuses on corporate finance, providing advice in challenging and interesting projects. Duties and Responsibilities
Work as a team member in projects such as valuation, financial due diligence, business plan preparation and financial restructuring
Gather, verify and assess information and formulate views
Understand, analyse and present a client’s existing or proposed business model, identify key strengths and weaknesses and document key findings
Understand key business drivers in a transaction and provide value to the client through insights, factual conclusions and advice
Plan, prepare and review deliverables in various forms including written reports, presentations and discussions with the client
Assist with proposal preparations for prospective clients
Requirements
University degree, preferably in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics
Experience in financial audit or transaction advisory or as financial analyst is an advantage
Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English
Interested to pursue a CFA or equivalent professional qualification will be considered as an advantage
Results orientation and ability to work in a dynamic and team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, mature, and professional attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
Computer literacy, with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
