The Evalena Beach Hotel is looking for a Maitre d' Hotel who can direct and co-ordinate the department towards the achievement of the qualitative goals and objectives set by the management.

The Restaurant department is viewed as an integral part of the hotel since guests have at least one meal per day at the hotel, therefore making it the department with the most frequent guest interactions. It is fundamental that the leader of this department understands the important aspects of guest relationships to be able to satisfy the needs and requirements of our guests to the full extend. • Sufficient organisation of the Restaurant Team to promote and cultivate the culture of our hotel within the team

• Meet Hotel's quality standards and with adequate provision and supervision of guests service, attention and satisfaction

Skills and Capabilities

• Great communication skills

• Effective customer relationship management skills

• Adequate leadership skills and people management

• Prior working experience will be assessed and considered

• Excellent knowledge of English language - additional languages will be considered as a plus
