The Position:

Transaction Management Officer

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will report to the Transaction Management Manager. Some of the main responsibilities are:

• Execute and monitor the Real Estate Sales compliance of the Company within the regulatory framework.

• Communicate with the client and gather all the necessary information to be assessed by the Compliance department.

• To be in direct coordination with the Compliance Department of the Company and assure the on-time consent for the completion of the transaction.

• Prepare and review relevant reports related to the Real Estate Sales Compliance.

• Assist the transaction management team in concluding the sale of the property.

• Coordinate between client and legal advisors in order to prepare sale and option agreements.

• Coordinate between client and other departments of the company to secure the transfer of property’s ownership.

• Monitor and report the progress of sales transactions and payments.

• Ensure that all major work activities are based on the Company’s policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with other departments for various projects.

• Perform other job related responsibilities and functions as directed by the Transaction Management Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Economics, Finance or other related field.

• At least three (3) years of proven work experience in a similar position.

• Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• Ability to work independently

• Dynamic, hands-on and results driven

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High levels of integrity and work ethic

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)

• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written
