Currently, we are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Head of SEO, who will take leadership in our company and drive our SEO processes and activities.

What you need to succeed:

✓At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role as a Head of SEO;
✓3+ years of SEO management experience in the iGaming area, leading of a 5+ members team;
✓Practical knowledge of the construction of SEO processes and control over the execution of tasks within the framework of the selected strategies;
✓Practical knowledge of building an SEO strategy based on numbers;
✓Hands-on experience in creating and monitoring KPIs for SEO specialists of all levels;
✓Practical experience in effective horizontal relations with heads of related departments;
✓Own practical experience in attracting SEO traffic in highly competitive niches;
✓Strong analytical skills and ability to use analytical tools at a high level;
✓The ability to reasonably convey and defend one’s own point of view in the professional field;
✓English at level B2 or higher (spoken/written).

Will be a plus:

✓Hands-on experience in iGaming SEO (as Head of SEO/SEO Lead/Senior SEO Specialist or SEO Manager);
✓Practical experience in launching large projects “from scratch”.

Key responsibilities:

✓Direct responsibility for the growth (quarterly and yearly) of thematic, high-quality SEO traffic;
✓Direct and regular communication with the C-level of the company, including the CEO;
✓Creation, coordination, implementation, monitoring and actualization of the SEO strategy (within the company, by team, by project, by each trusted specialist);
✓Creation, monitoring and adjustment of KPIs for Lead/Senior SEO specialists;
✓Participation in hiring SEO specialists to implement the strategy, training, and performance review (for SEO Lead/Senior SEO);
✓Direct participation in the development (at the level of logic and Test Task) of the company’s internal resources belonging to the immediate or adjacent area of responsibility;
✓Creating a system of SEO documentation (processes/procedures/approaches, if necessary — independent description of key points);
✓close communication and collaboration with internal departments — Content, Affiliate, Development, Design, Linkbuilding;
✓Creation and evaluation of the employee’s training plan (SEO/Management/etc) aimed at the strategy implementation and systematic result growth.
