The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) announces internship opportunities for university students through the Research & Innovation Internships Programme 2024.

* at a glance

University students can be employed by Research and Innovation Companies in Cyprus, on a 6-week Internship, between 3 June – 30 September 2024, where the student’s salary of €1,400 is subsidized by the RIF.

* eligibility to participate

The programme is open to undergraduate or postgraduate students, regardless of the year of study, from Cyprus or abroad.

A total of sixty one (61) enterprises are participating in the Programme.

* application submission

University students must contact directly the Companies they are interested in, by submitting their CV, a copy of their degree and/or a Registration Certificate. The contact details of each company can be found HERE.

The final selection of University students by Companies will be completed by 3 June 2024.

Each student can be employed by only one (1) Company.

* funding

The Programme is funded by the Republic of Cyprus.

The funding will be paid by the RIF to the University student as a sponsorship after the completion of the Internship and the submission of an Activity Report.
