On behalf of our client, a well-known construction company in Cyprus, we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to expand their client base, increase brand visibility, and drive revenue growth.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles

• Fluency in Greek and English languages – both verbal and written

• Proven track record of driving sales and increasing brand awareness

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients.

• Identify and target potential clients, both individuals and businesses, and build a strong pipeline of prospective projects.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.

• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.

• Collaborate with our design and project teams to ensure that marketing materials accurately represent our services and capabilities.

• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting our unique value proposition.

• Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to drive innovation in our sales and marketing strategies.
