We are looking for a Back office & support officer to join our growing Fintech company.

• Full time Job only.

• Promotion is available.

• Monday - Fridays.

• Flexible working hour

Job responsibilities:

• Providing high quality customer support to existing clients

• Communicating with agents on a daily basis

• Creating statistical reports upon demand.

• Onboarding of new clients of the company and maintenance of the relationship

• In Addition to above responsibilities, there might be additional duties or tasks upon needs.

Job requirements:

• Fluent English - Spoken, read and written (Additional foreign languages is an advantage! )

• Availability working afternoons shifts.

• Detail oriented.

• Service oriented.

• Out-of-the-box thinker.

• Able to solve problems, manage time with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

• Team worker with great interpersonal communication skills.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
