CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, one of Cyprus’ largest and most well-known providers of Internet and Telecommunication products and services, we are seeking to recruit a number of Call Centre Representatives to join their growing team based in Nicosia, on either a Part-Time or Full-Time basis. The successful applicants will handle customer calls, provide accurate information, and solve any issues they may have. Our client is seeking candidates who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and any previous experience in a relevant role will be considered an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, and be able and willing to work on rotational shift-patterns, which include evenings and weekends. Part-Time requires a commitment of 30 hours per week, and Full Time 40 hours per week.

• Promote company solutions, products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Provide support and assistance through all channels available (emails, chat, social media, etc.).

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Previous experience in a customer support role will be considered as an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Greek.
• Positive, energetic and confident personality.
• Good computer skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
