The Client:

On behalf of our client, a top-rated professional services firm who offers Administrative, Accounting, Tax and Advisory services, we are actively looking to recruit a hands-on and a motivated Data Entry Operator for their offices in Nicosia.

Duties:

• Enter and update data into systems with high accuracy and efficiency as per required deadlines and guidelines

• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data

• Identify and correct errors in data entry, as well as resolve discrepancies with related departments

• Liaise with the IT Department to perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

• Generate reports and provide data analysis

• Assist in the review of procedures in database system manuals

• Provide training and technical support to the users of the systems

• Other departmental and / or firm-wide duties as assigned by the Management

Qualifications/Skills:

• High school diploma

• University level education will be considered an advantage

• Previous experience in similar position will be consider as advantage

• Previous experience working with CRM and Accounting Solutions needed

• Typing Accuracy

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues

• Very good command of the English and Greek languages

Location:

The position is for the Client's offices in Nicosia.
