We are looking for a Mid-level Systems Engineer to join our team and help us design, implement and maintain hybrid and cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to understand their business needs and provide technical solutions
- Implement hybrid and cloud solutions
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends
- Take part in researching and evaluating new technologies and best practices to improve our processes and capabilities

Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in systems engineering, administration, or operations, preferably with Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, etc.
- Experience with resource deployment, configuration, and management in cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 and/or Azure
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python or Bash is desirable
- Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator, Microsoft 365 Identity and Access Administrator, Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator, or Microsoft 365 Administrator are highly desirable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing requirements
