The Client:
Our client OPAP, a leading gaming company in Greece and Cyprus and one of the most renowned in its industry worldwide is expanding its operations in Cyprus and is looking to recruit a Marketing & CSR Manager.
The Position:
The Marketing & CSR Manager will be a part of the Commercial team and will report to the Chief Commercial Officer. The position's basic vision is to develop and control the execution of the approved multi-channel communication and experience plan for retail stores and OPAP retail products (ATL / BTL / Digital), handling the development of the in-store marketing material, activations, and content, as well as the related promotion material, while being compliant with brand guidelines, product specifications and regulatory requirements, and strengthening the role of OPAP as a responsible corporate citizen
Duties and Responsibilities:
Designs and executes marketing activities (ATL / BTL) for all products and services according to product / business needs pursuant to OPAP Group standards policies and internal guidelines
Develops and executes in store marketing activities according to each particular product and retail network requests
Manages the in-store customer proposition and communication to increase customer engagement pursuant to OPAP Group standards policies and internal guidelines
Designs of merchandising material and tactics for the promotion of products to stores, according to product guidelines and in alignment with Retail Network
Provides briefs to marketing vendors and ensures compliance of deliverables with business requests
Develops and manages the media strategy and tactics for each particular of OPAP products and services
Controls the corporate and internal communications content and practices pursuant to OPAP Group standards policies and internal guidelines
Manages the social media activities and content for the promotion and protection of OPAP public image and reputation
Prepares communication material for external or internal audience
Develops and executes the CSR and Sponsorships practices and tactics, ensuring promotion of OPAP image and reputation
Establishes the sponsorship policy and practices, proposes the financing of activities that support the corporate brand and image of OPAP
Monitors the effectiveness of all marketing activities and proposes relevant improvements
Supports respective legal actions for marketing and authorization from NBA
Designs and executes OPAP CY and OPAP SPORTS corporate site content and agents’ portals
Manages the members of own team, providing the necessary support and feedback for the development of their skills and achievement of set goals
Responds to ad-hoc assignments to meet business needs that are not specifically or previously described and are related to the content of current job and the personal skills and capabilities
Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:
BSc in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other relevant field
MSc in related topic is desired
8+ years of hands-on in marketing, retail marketing / communication roles within a consumer-oriented organization. CSR knowledge and relevant activation will be a plus
Excellent knowledge of marketing operations and standards
Strong hands-on experience in managing ATL, Digital and BTL marketing activities
Very good project management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills

Problem solving skills with attention to detail
Strong people management skills

Excellent command of the Greek and English language (written and oral)
