Job Description:

In this role, you'll oversee daily CRM activities, ensuring efficient lead management, timely client communication, and team adherence to targets. Working closely with Sales Team Leaders and Managers, you'll provide valuable feedback to enhance team performance. Main Responsibilities:

• Assigning new registrations to sales agents

• Providing support and guidance to sales agents

• Training new employees to use the CRM

• Preparing and sending regular reports

• Maintaining healthy client databases

• Other ad hoc tasks

• Working Schedule - Monday to Thursday 15:00 - 00:00 with 1 (one) hour break and Friday 5:30 working hours shift plus 30 minutes break.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in the English language, both verbal and written

• Good Excel knowledge

• No previous experience is required, however if there is experience in a similar role, in financial industry or in Back Office / CRM systems it will be considered as an advantage
