We are seeking to recruit an experienced, talented and motivated individual for the following position:
Responsible for actively managing the relationship with customers in Cyprus to promote our products and services.
To help you decide if this job is for you, this is what we expect from the right candidate:
- You will contribute to the annual business/account plan and execution for the assigned accounts, reporting to the Sales Manager what actions will be required for your product/portfolio.
- You will work with clients to identify new and ongoing requirements, introducing new products and services as appropriate.
- You will be working as part of a team and execute assigned tasks in a timely and successful manner
- You will be working closely with the assigned clients, regularly liaising with multiple key stakeholders and ensuring an ongoing quality relationship is maintained.
- You will demonstrate good knowledge of all our products and services, with expert knowledge in certain areas. Expected to understand the impact of their specialisation area on assigned client’s business.
- You will engage with partner vendors to make sure you remain appropriately involved and informed about their developments and offerings.
- You will provide Excellent Customer Service
- You must possess a University degree or equivalent professional level at the areas of Sales or Information Technology
- You must have a minimum of 3 years proven account management experience in B2B working for a reputable Information Technology Company and be able to prove existing account management success
- You must be commercially focused and pragmatic, have the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions
- You must be a self-motivated employee who can work alone and in a team
- You need to possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as member of a team, communicate clearly with both colleagues and clients, be able to lead and motivate within an organization
- You should be a result oriented team player, client focused and obsessed with value
- You should be fluent in both Greek and English languages
