Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Accounts Payable (AP) Management: Efficiently record bills, prepare and reconcile payments.
🔹 Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Handle invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
🔹 Reconciliation Expertise: Conduct thorough bank and monthly credit card reconciliations.
🔹 Month-End Closure: Skillfully prepare trial balances, generate reports, and compile materials for the monthly closing of company books.
🔹 Confidentiality and Service: Uphold the highest standards of service and confidentiality.
🔹 Ad-hoc Projects and General Finance Duties: Engage in various financial projects and general finance responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills :
🔹 Language Proficiency: High-level proficiency in English.
🔹 Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in an accounting role is preferred.
🔹 Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, is advantageous.
🔹 Team Collaboration: Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
🔹 Independent Working: Capable of working autonomously and efficiently under pressure.
🔹 Organizational Skills: Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
