The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and talented Web Graphics Designer to join our events team. The responsibilities consist of the entire process of understanding and defining requirements and visualizing and creating designs to promote the Company's events and related activities. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Events team.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Translate requirements into design ideas/mock-ups and present them.
• Work closely with the Events Team to create and design online and offline design material based on the team’s needs.
• Create materials from the ground up, with minimal supervision.
• Take initiative to offer creative insight, feedback, and suggestions.
• Liaise with external associates to arrange the printing of marketing, advertising and promotional material.
• Keep up to date with recent technological and software developments within the graphic design fields.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

Main requirements:

• Degree in Web or/and Graphic Design.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Work portfolio (only applications accompanied by a relevant work portfolio will be taken into consideration).
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, InVision.
• Strong graphic design skills.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into design.
• Creative and passionate about graphic/web design.
• Ability to work autonomously yet have good team-working skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
