The Client:

Our Client, a Private Equity Real Estate & Hospitality Investments company developing a portfolio of boutique hotels in key European cities, is looking to recruit a Manager for their Hospitality Product & Operations Team in Nicosia.

The Position:

The Manager will report to the Director of their Hospitality Product & Operations Team. This is an opportunity to be based in Nicosia but work for the creation and operations of the best Boutique Hotels in the leading European cities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Boutique Hotels Guest Experience Enhancement Strategies – Work with the Head of Product and the hotels operations teams to review and evaluate the guests experience. Draft and implement strategies towards enhancing it and thus creating better Boutique Hotels products

• Inspire and Coordinate Boutique Hotel Teams - Work with the Head of Product to inspire, educate, lead, coordinate the various Boutique Hotels teams, i.e. local hotel managers, front desk officers, housekeeping, chefs, etc. to develop a thriving culture and an exceptional working environment.

• New Boutique Hotels Aesthetics Direction & Branding – Provide feedback and ideas to the acquisitions and development team towards the creation of new Boutique Hotels. Liaise with architects, interior designers, branding agencies, etc. to nurture the aesthetics elements of the Products and formulate and implement the branding strategies.

• Reports, Presentations, etc. – Expected to produce numerous documents for internal and external purposes, i.e. guest experience audits reports, branding strategy presentations, teams reviews, sales data analysis, market competitive landscape analysis, etc.

Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:

• University degree in Marketing or other related field.

• Up to 10 years of previous working experience in a similar position.

• A motivated individual with a strong will to strive in a highly demanding environment to learn and grow.

• Willingness to travel to various locations as needed (moderate travel).

• Analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent Microsoft office skills

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Location: The position is for the Company’s headquarters inNicosia, Cyprus

Remuneration: An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate based to qualifications and experience.
