Pafilia is seeking to recruit an Architect based at Minthis in Paphos. The successful candidate will works within a design team that includes Architects, Landscape Architects and Engineers, under the close guidance of the project. The role is instrumental in the full development of scheme design to include layout planning of individual villas, as well as the production of a full set of construction drawing package for each project.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design of proposals to clients for residential projects in order to get feasible projects in terms of execution, budget and timing
• Under the guidance of the Chief Architect execute 2D and 3D architectural drawings, renders and presentations for sales purposes
• Maintain the communication between sales, marketing and construction departments regarding the proposals and any other matter of expertise required.
• Keep records and archives and retrieve any information required for the performance of architectural team.
• Execute Architectural Design Drawings from post sales contract approved layouts all the way to construction detailing.
• Prepare Planning application drawing packages.
• Prepare construction detailed drawings
• Participate in supervision of construction works

Necessary requirements:

• University degree in Architecture
• 5 to 7 years professional experience in a design office,
• Fluency in both Greek and English languages both written and oral
• Excellent Computer and graphic representation skills: Autocad 2D, 3D SketchUp, rendering (Lumion, Twinmotion), MS Office, Internet & Outlook.
