The Client:

Our Client, HTC Energy Ltd is a strategic partner of ExxonMobil, the world’s largest petroleum company and the exclusive distributors of the Esso fleetcard in Cyprus. On behalf of our Client, we are looking to recruit a talented individual with a proven track record in successfully generating B2B sales, to join its team as a Business Development Executive.

The Position:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for sales prospecting organizations with vehicle fleets, active selling of the Esso fleetcard and managing the sales administration and support activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Sales Prospecting:

  • Telesales for generating client interest and fixing presentation meetings

  • Qualifying sales leads and initiating prospect client calls

  • Managing, tracking and following up on sales leads

2) Sales:

  • Presenting the Esso fleetcard benefits and winning client confidence

  • Preparing proposals and presenting for a successful close

  • Following through to client agreement sign off

3) Sales Administration & After Sales Support:

  • Processing client account opening documentation

  • Delivering new fleetcards to clients & training on use of Customer Portal

  • Updating system with Telesales & Sales activity

  • Sales activity and performance reporting to Management

  • Providing ongoing support throughout the client life-cycle and building a strong long-term relationship

Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent will be considered an advantage

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience

  • Young, highly motivated and target driven with strong sales skills

  • Excellent selling, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Excellent Greek and English communication skills - verbal and written

  • Strong relationship management skills

  • Persuasive and persevering with a professional approach towards clients

  • Self-motivated, goal driven with a go-getter attitude

Location:

The position is for the Client's offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Remuneration:
