Louis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to join our team at the at the newly opened hotel Cali Resort and Spa in Paphos as the Floor Supervisor and uphold our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversees the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to exceed guest expectations.
• Inspects for needed repairs, reports maintenance problems immediately and follows up to ensure the work has been completed.
• Trains the housekeeping team, on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Handles guest complaints and special requests.
• Performs any housekeeping duties necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent education in hospitality.
• A minimum of 2 years related successful experience in a similar position in a 4* or a 5* hotel.
• Good command of Greek and English Languages.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning techniques.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• European Union Nationality or eligibility to work within the European Union.
