Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models using large financial datasets.

• Aggregate data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive assessment.

• Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Tableau and Power BI for several departments inside the Financial Institution.

• Maintain and Extend Customer and Business Intelligence.

• Support in the regulatory reporting requirements with data and automations.

• Analyse data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making.

• Be able to convert business requirements into technical specifications.

• Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment.

• Consult and train end-users to ensure high adoption of developed reports.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of the Company’s data infrastructure.

• Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager.

Skills and Requirements:

• University Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or in a relevant field

• 3-5 years minimum experience working with in analytics and data

• Knowledge of Microsoft office and experience using Excel

• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI and/or any other visualization tools

• Hands-on experience with SQL (database interrogation, data manipulation)

• Basic knowledge of Python would be considered an advantage

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

• Critical thinking and attention to detail

• Previous work in the financial or telecoms industry would be considered an advantage

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Able to work with a team to achieve goals and outcomes in effective ways
