We are looking for an Banking Relationship Officer to join our Treasury Teamin Limassol, Cyprus.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking providers, including banks, payment processors, and other financial institutions;
Negotiate and manage banking contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company;
Handle the account opening process with banks and payment acquirers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies;
Monitor banking services and products to identify opportunities for improvement and cost-saving measures;
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize cash management processes and liquidity management strategies;
Conduct financial analysis to assess banking fees, interest rates, and other financial metrics;
Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial risks associated with banking activities;
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to banking and finance;
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management regarding banking relationships and financial performance;
Support the Treasury Team Lead in handling ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, banking, business administration, or related field;
Strong understanding of banking products and services, including payments and cash management;
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to banking and finance;
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders;
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends;
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
