We are looking for an Banking Relationship Officer to join our Treasury Teamin Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking providers, including banks, payment processors, and other financial institutions;

• Negotiate and manage banking contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company;

• Handle the account opening process with banks and payment acquirers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies;

• Monitor banking services and products to identify opportunities for improvement and cost-saving measures;

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize cash management processes and liquidity management strategies;

• Conduct financial analysis to assess banking fees, interest rates, and other financial metrics;

• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial risks associated with banking activities;

• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to banking and finance;

• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management regarding banking relationships and financial performance;

• Support the Treasury Team Lead in handling ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, banking, business administration, or related field;

• Strong understanding of banking products and services, including payments and cash management;

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to banking and finance;

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders;

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends;

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
