CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and respected provider of products and services to the HoReCa industry across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their growing team based in Limassol. As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for managing the Reception area for the company and providing general office administration support to a busy team. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated in fields of Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or similar, who possess approximately 1+ year of previous experience in a relevant role. You will need be highly organised, with exceptional administration skills, and be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. Our client offers an attractive remuneration package, based on skills and experience.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the smooth running of the Reception area, including meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and field/answer routine queries.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Maintain calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system, retrieve documents from filing system, and handle requests for information and data.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An academic background relating to Secretarial Studies or Business Administration will be considered an advantage.
  • Proven experience in a relevant administration focused role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
