Imaging Specialist is responsible for the accurate processing of documents following company's quality and compliance procedures.

Duties :

  • Sort & organise records and information.
  • Execute document imaging process.
  • Ensure accurate and quick data entry from source documents into company's or client's database.
  • Quality control of documents.
  • Consistently satisfying and exceeding the standard of customer service in full compliance with their specific contract requirements and within timelines.
  • Responsibility for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competency in using systems.
  • Clear Criminal Records .
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
