We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. Currently, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Greek-speaking Sales Representative to join our team in Limassol.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

    • Drive the sales of bbf: residential properties within the Cypriot market.
    • Full management of the sales of bbf: own developments.
    • Develop cross-sales between Limassol and Paphos.
    • Build and maintain relationships with the agency network.
    • Be the face of the company during events, presenting in front of crowds as needed.
    • Meet personal and business sales targets.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 2 years of successful B2C and sales experience.
    • In-depth knowledge of the Cypriot market.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software.
    • Solid negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
    • Fluency in Greek and English.
    • Result-driven, self-motivated, and ambitious team player.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
    • Resilient, positive, and friendly attitude.
    • Excellent oratory skills and ability to present in front of a crowd.
