The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting principles and practices and will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data while providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Analyze the profit and loss (P&L) monthly
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular audits of financial procedures and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns, audits, and other regulatory filings.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide reports as needed to support management decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for various projects and initiatives.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite advanced excel.
• Advantage to have NetSuite experience.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
