A.N. Stasis Estates PLC is looking for a Real Estate Marketing Officer who will be responsible to ensure that our website, social media, and other communications have up-to-date listings and promotional material of our properties. All tasks and projects will be performed through the business systems, procedures and methods set by the Director.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Update and maintain CRM, document management and tasks/project management platforms
2. Create and deliver marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
3. Maintaining contact with our clientele by sending them newsletters and updates
4. Manage website content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
5. Conduct market research with similar properties to identify selling possibilities to determine competitive market price.
6. Update all social media accounts with new posts and respond to followers
7. Deal with email, call, message enquires from prospect legitimate property buyers, renters, agents, brokers, agencies and any other intermediaries to sales and rentals
8. Develop, maintain and promote real estate marketing materials and assets in digital and physical formats
9. Updates knowledge of sales related legal documentation and property management

Requirements:

1. Degree in relevant field with work experience in a similar position within the real estate industry will be considered as an advantage
2. Computer knowledge and literacy
3. Excellent knowledge of Greek and English is necessary. Knowledge of Russian is not necessary but advantageous
4. Results-driven, and target-driven attitude, with the ability to work in a diversified, team and agile environment, and the ability to hustle through and deliver results is necessary
5. Experience with a CRM platform (i.e. SalesForce or Hubspot) and/or digital marketing software and/or other relevant digital business systems is a plus but not necessary
