Candidate Profile

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as civil engineering, quantity surveying.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on details

• Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining construction projects

• Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data

• Perform risk and value management, and cost control, during a project

• Assign work to subcontractors – overseeing their work at all stages

• Make sure clients get value for money on the project

• Continually analyse outcomes and write budget reports
