CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a regulated Investment Firm with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Email Marketing Automation Specialist (Arabic-Speaking) to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As an Email Marketing Automation Specialist, you will primarily be responsible for maintaining the email marketing calendar, including ensuring email campaigns are checked for accuracy and quality before deployment. Our client is seeking applicants who possess at least 1+ year of relevant experience in the marketing field, with a solid understanding of the email marketing landscape and current trends. Knowledge of email marketing software such as Solitics, SendGrid or other Email Service Providers (ESPs) is desirable, and fluency in both verbal and written Arabic is a must. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Maintain the email marketing calendar to incorporate cross-functional initiatives into email correspondence.
• Q/A all emails prior to deployment for accuracy in content and links.
• Monitor the ongoing performance of the company's email programme.
• Work with key departments to build email marketing programmes.
• Maintains Email Flows, Email List Segmentation.
• Build out email template flexibility.
• Devise and execute A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results, and advise on improvements.
• Analyse, package, and optimize the email marketing user journey from registration to payment, and across the user life cycle while constantly suggesting ways to improve retention.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• 1+ year of experience in Marketing.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of email marketing software such as Solitics, SendGrid or another ESP (Email Service Provider), will be considered as an advantage.
• Familiarity with list segmentation, journeys, API integration, and platform integration.
• Solid understanding of the email landscape and trends.
• Digital literacy with a focus on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• HTML 5 – Advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High attention to detail & strong analytical skills.
