Duties & Responsibilities
Work as a team member in projects such as valuation, financial due diligence, business plan preparation and financial restructuring
Gather, verify and assess information and formulate views
Understand, analyse and present a client’s existing or proposed business model, identify key strengths and weaknesses and document key findings
Understand key business drivers in a transaction and provide value to the client through insights, factual conclusions and advice
Prepare analyses and deliverables in various forms including written reports, presentations and discussions with the client
Assist with proposal preparations for prospective clients
Provide coaching and support to more junior team members
Requirements
University degree, preferably in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics
4+ years of experience in transaction advisory, corporate finance, financial audit or as a financial analyst is a must
Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills in English, Greek is a plus
Qualified or in the process of becoming qualified ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification
Results orientation and ability to work in a dynamic and team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, mature, and professional attitude
Computer literacy, with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
