Job Description:

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Affiliate Operations Coordinator to join our team in Limassol. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing our affiliate network's operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Reporting to the Business Analytics Manager, you'll contribute to the success of our operations by overseeing daily procedures and facilitating effective communication between affiliates and our internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Generate daily reports on affiliate activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor affiliate quality and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Evaluate client responses and reasons for engagement, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Provide feedback to affiliates to optimize performance and enhance client satisfaction.
• Coordinate the allocation of traffic to respective offices or brands based on performance.
• Address affiliate inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Execute ad hoc tasks as required to support affiliate operations and program objectives

Qualifications:

• Fluent in the English language, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with Excel or similar data analysis tools
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
• No previous experience is required, however if there is experience in a similar role, in financial industry or in Back Office / CRM systems it will be considered as an advantage
