Pafilia is seeking to recruit a Customer Technical Support and Costing Engineer.

Location: Paphos

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support and costings/quotations to client’s requests
  • Liaising with subcontractors or suppliers for costing of client changes.
  • Monitoring client changes procedure/ preparation of confirmation of additional works
  • Collaboration with Architect where design solution is needed or when construction drawings are affected and need to be revised
  • Preparation and update of Optional Upgrade Package of each project/ informing the clients through Customer Care and following up the procedure
  • Assisting in the preparation of relevant instructions to the construction team related with client changes.
  • Monitoring the client’s extras report and client request’s register

Necessary requirements:

  • University degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering or a similar field
  • 5 years minimum experience in a developing or construction company or in a design office
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and oral).
  • Proficient in MS Office, Internet, and Outlook Express.
